Service Plans are available for 3, 6 or 12 months. Service levels vary, between 5 hours per month, and 40, depending on your needs. When you sign up for a plan, you pay a fixed, monthly rate for web development services. You can use these hours for anything you need. Payments are auto-drafted from a debit or credit card. With service plans, you pay a much lower hourly rate for services, and your website is more likely to stay updated and fresh.

Service plans can also be purchased for new website development. Clients can save money and buy development services in the bulk rate via service plans. During the estimate process, we will tell you which service plan matches your website needs.

Depending on your needs, you may choose to use a combination of plans. For example, you may need more help for a short time, and then drop down to a lower level for website maintenance and promotion only. So you may choose to purchase a 3 month plan at 40 hours per month, and then sign up for a 12 month plan at 5 hours per month.

The hourly rates vary by level of commitment, as shown below. The more hours you purchase, and the longer term, the more you save. But don’t buy more hours than you will use. Although Candyweb will make suggestions regarding your website, it’s up to you to communicate with Candyweb regarding your development needs and requests. Unused hours are not refunded or ‘rolled over’ to the next month.

Hours may be used at any time throughout the month, for any need. If you need MORE hours in a given month than you have previously paid for with your plan, you may go over the limit, paying the regular $30 per hour. This payment will be handled through regular invoicing, and will not be drafted from the debit/credit card used to purchase the plan. If you make a support request that will require more hours than your monthly plan, Candyweb will clearly communicate this before the work is done, and you will have the option to ‘stick with the plan’ by saving some of the work for next month.
